Scholarships
The Children’s Learning Institute is proud to host the Texas School Ready Early Childhood Summer Institute in Houston this summer, June 26th-28th. Through partnership with the Texas Education Agency and Texas Workforce Commission, attendance is free of charge to Texas early childhood educators.
Scholarship Eligibility
To be eligible, scholarship applicants must be an active TSR teacher for 2023-24 school year meeting TSR program requirements.
About the Scholarship
To assist those who might not normally be able to attend, CLI is offering a select number of scholarships to cover the cost of lodging. It will cover:
- the cost of the hotel room only
- a friend/guest from the same organization to share the hotel room with (The roommate must be in the field of early childhood education)
Does not include
- Additional participant expenses (food, travel, parking, etc.)
- Overnight guests in hotel rooms other than selected/approved roommate
