Conference Registration Opens on March 26, 2025

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We welcome all administrators, specialists, coaches, teachers, and caregivers of children ages birth to five. Our attendees come from various programs, including state, federal, and private organizations. The TSR Institute is a unique opportunity to hear from leading researchers and early childhood trainers, and registration is FREE for all attendees.

TECPDS ID

Certificates for the TSR Institute are provided through the certificate generation tool on the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS). All attendees will receive certificates from the conference via email and sent directly to their personal TECPDS accounts.

All participants are required to have an active TECPDS account prior to registering for the TSR Institute. Entering your personal TECPDS ID is a required field on the registration form. TECPDS accounts are available at no cost.

At the Institute…attendees will receive credit for each session attended by scanning QR codes at each virtual session. In addition to the device you will be using to attend the conference (laptop, computer, tablet), you will need a smartphone or tablet to scan the QR codes available at each session you attend.

After you login, find your ID number on your dashboard:
You will enter this number as part of the registration form for the TSR Institute

Check-In

This year’s conference is online, so check-in will look a little different. We will update you on check-in procedures closer to the start of the event.
