Conference Registration Opens in Spring 2025
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We welcome all administrators, specialists, coaches, teachers, and caregivers of children ages birth to five. Our attendees come from various programs, including state, federal, and private organizations. The TSR Institute is a unique opportunity to hear from leading researchers and early childhood trainers, and registration is FREE for all attendees.
Please note registration does not include hotel rooms or travel expenses. We were unable to reserve a block of rooms for attendees at the conference hotel and cannot provide a discount code.
Registration Opens Spring 2025
TECPDS ID
Certificates for the TSR Institute are provided through the certificate generation tool on the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS). All attendees will receive certificates from the conference via email and sent directly into their personal TECPDS accounts.
All participants are required to have an active TECPDS account prior to registering for the TSR Institute. Entering your personal TECPDS ID is a required field on the registration form. TECPDS accounts are available at no cost.
At the Institute…attendees will receive credit for each session attended by scanning QR codes, available through the session facilitator after the session. Note: Participants will need a smartphone or tablet to scan the QR codes.

If you haven’t set-up your account yet, follow these quick steps:
- Set-up your FREE TECPDS account
- After you login, find your ID number on your dashboard:
- You will enter this number as part of the registration form for the TSR Institute
Note: The Children’s Learning Institute will confirm all TECPDS IDs and participants entering incorrect account information may lose their registration slot. Please contact the TSR Institute planning committee with any questions: tsrinstitute@uth.tmc.edu
